I asked, in two different keto groups on Facebook, whether keto bread fashion was suitable to them and here were the responses that came back:
No. My advice would be to avoid knockoffs.
I opted to make 90-second bread. Cloud bread doesn’t pose health concerns every time it’s consumed.
Does that describe me? No way. The texture is altogether unique.
I never tried keto bread; my sandwiches consist of lettuce wrap-type sandwiches instead.
No…depending on what kind of bread, how it’s toasted and my preferences! No! Definitely Not!!!,
I really enjoy Carbonaut seeded bread! Top it with butter and toast it under your broiler for maximum crunchiness.
Just a handful of them satisfy me; my personal favorite is Extraordinary Bites from Walmart; in Aldi there’s also one I find satisfactory.
Aldi bread and hamburger buns have long been my go-to selection, especially those containing carbonaut seeded.
Aldis’ keto hamburger buns are great! I haven’t tested my glucose level with it yet but it certainly tastes similar.
Now, two years into it all.
Of course not! Only some do! But many don’t agree with that statement!
All three varieties offer something distinctively unique; I tend to avoid those without fillings such as sandwich fillings, butter and cheese for breakfast; my personal favourite being Bake Lewis Store Healthy Life Keto but Aldi may also work just as well.
My favorite Keto Custom Mannequin.
My family lives throughout the Northwest. I’ve tried two bread-like products from two producers. Franz smells and tastes like cardboard; Orowheat doesn’t seem so unhealthy – toast it when my stomach’s upset then spread on pure peanut butter for breakfast or when making my daughter grilled cheese sandwiches with keto tomato soup as regular treats!
Hand-crafted bread may not compare with store-bought wide bread in terms of taste or convenience; nonetheless it still counts as bread. Butter can be spread onto it to hold lunch meat while buns provide support for hamburgers or hot canines – an improvement over having to hold all these meals by themselves!
Not really; it is mostly just a vessel. When looking at low-carb tortilla options, however, I tend to gravitate more toward Good Value’s selection – they have quickly become my favorite brand!
Your journey requires trying a range of products; every bite varies. I enjoy trying the Sola Mannequin sweet oat bread (2 net carbs per slice) and L’oven Up-to-date Keto hamburger buns; other brands might not suit. Some I found gross while some taste great!
Sam’s Membership’s Keto Seed with Dragon depiction is my absolute favorite product.
Sola is amazing. Last week I ordered something from Sola and was quite delighted.
Dependent upon how long it has been since you last tasted bread, your answer to this question depends heavily on this factor.
Orowheat-containing models aren’t harmful.
Bake Lewis Retailer Healthful Life Keto Bread is perfect! Additionally they have Hawaiian and Cinnamon Swirl varieties!
Sola bread fits my preference perfectly, although I wish the slices weren’t so Barbie-sized!
No. They all taste eggy or psyllium-husky with similar textures (which I believe resemble) yellow sponges with yellow scrubby sides. One variety that stood out to me was Carbonaut bread white cinnamon raisin TOASTED version
Here comes our blog author again to tackle this eggy bread issue with my latest post.
Some may agree with that statement; I personally prefer Inked Keto.
I enjoy eating my Healthful Life Keto as part of my breakfast each day; toast it and spread cream cheese onto it before enjoying my breakfast, serving as an excellent bagel replacement option.
Sola golden wheat keto bread is my go-to. Haven’t experimented much with others yet though.
Carbonaut was my favorite brand ever and made for an exceptional tasting experience.
Absolutely delicious! A model alone is irresistibly attractive!
Since I’ve yet to discover one I like, I make coconut loaf with cinnamon in it instead.
Depends on the bread. I personally prefer Sola; other brands I’ve tried were dry and tasteless.
Aldi’s keto-friendly bread, rolls and hamburger buns work incredibly well as another option in my low carb plan. No bulk purchase necessary as just some times each week are used – they taste exactly how you expect!
Simply toast or grill.
Sola bread is one of the few that I can tolerate.
Bread has too many carbs; therefore, increasing fiber intake would be acceptable to avoid that many carbohydrates altogether.
Yes. I completely stopped eating bread altogether and now follow an eating regime similar to Keto Bakes Bun Mix.
Nope; my food’s simply an avenue for transporting beneficial points into my mouth.
From my responses I received, 33% stated keto bread did not look appealing while 66% noted it tasted well or they found an equivalent alternative for bread.
As is evident by the above discussion, different people often have differing viewpoints regarding low-carb breads. While certain individuals might care more than others about its components and design features, others don’t find these details to be significant at all. Different brands can appear quite dissimilar when purchased – many people having favorite low-carb varieties they have tried! Some folks can’t even access all low-carb varieties available depending on where they reside!
There are various recipes out there for keto bread and at least 25 producers offering it in 2022.
I bolded all manufacturers that people talked about of their options as it makes for easier identification.

Does keto bread look similar to regular bread?
In general, no. However, I believe some bread companies come close to creating low-carb versions that resemble regular bread in terms of styling and appearance – often by including lots of fiber to bring down net carbs to 2 or even less. So it is vital that when shopping keto products that you carefully check nutritional labels as soon as you want an accurate count.
Keto Bread Carb Counts
In my research of keto bread carb counts, full carb counts play an integral part in selecting what product to purchase. Therefore, I created this chart showing both total and net carb counts of some of the leading producers available on the market today.
*There’s 1 gram of allulose and 1 gram of erythritol present in Lewis Store and Sola models respectively, taken by five unique recipe bloggers; their names appear below each image link as Keto Bread Recipes.
