Pentire was developed as an active living drink that draws inspiration from nature. Manufactured in England using ingredients sourced from Cornwall coast this non-alcoholic spirit is free from added sugars, synthetic colours and synthetic flavourings; and features flavor profiles like samphire rock salt citrus to provide an exciting alternative gin alternative when served with tonic water.

Pentire Gimlet/Mocktail Components and Assemblage on Ice (50mL). 25ml Pentire Adrift/Trend and Lime Juice (1:1) (250 ml of each), 1 Spoonful of Maple Syrup (2 Tsp each). 3 Bay Leaves to garnish your drink.
    Technique
Start by placing the glass you intend to use for this recipe into the freezer before mixing together Pentire, lime juice, maple syrup and two bay leaves in a mixing glass with ice for just a few seconds until well mixed. Transfer into chilled glasses before garnishing each with fresh bay leaves as needed.

Are You Searching for an Alcohol-free Drink Alternative? Consider Kombucha! Featuring similar fizziness and texture as alcohol, but with viscousity that allows it to remain on your tongue longer for added taste satisfaction. L.A Brewery produces theirs right here in Suffolk using flowers, fruits, herbs, botanicals and botanicals which yield gently glowing drinks with rich flavour profiles such as Glowing Blush which features seasonal flowers with just a subtle trace of Rhubarb! Our favourite drink from them!
