    1. Experiment With New Meals Each Week

    Do you realize most Americans eat only 20-30 meals on average each week? Why not shake things up by branching out with different flavors by sampling new meals each week! Don’t shy away from exploring produce options or trying plant-based offerings; do something new every week!
