    What Are Radishes (radishes)?
Radishes are root greens characterized by red or purple skin with crisp white flesh that tastes peppery when raw, rich in antioxidants and essential minerals such as calcium.

How can I roast radishes throughout an oven?

Preheat the oven to 200C / 400F before placing your radishes together according to recipe, in a pan lined with parchment paper, for one quarter hour on one facet before flipping and continuing roasting on their second facet for 10 quarters of an hour each time.

Are radishes suitable to make in a frying pan?

Fry them over low heat so that the softening process has enough time before turning brown from within.

    Can I double the recipe?
Absolutely. However, depending on your air fryer size and capacity, they might not fit all in a single layer, meaning your cooking time should increase by around 10 minutes. Be sure to shake your air fryer basket periodically while it cooks to ensure even browning of each batch of radishes.

Are there various low carb potato replacements?

Turnips, rutabagas, celeriac (celery root), swede, kohlrabi, jicama squash and daikon are among my go-to vegetables, while I like using cauliflower to create mock low carb potato salad.

    Refrigerator Storage
Store your roasted radishes in an airtight container within the fridge for at least four days prior to freezing them if possible.

Reheating: Roasted low carb potatoes lose their crispiness during storage, so to rewarm, place the tubs back into an air fryer for several minutes; this should crisp them back up while using microwave will ensure their mild texture remains.
