    And while ginger supplements may work for some individuals, consuming ginger juice from its raw root source provides optimal benefits because it maintains all essential vitamins.

    Ginger Juice Shot Recipe Ingredients
    A bowl containing freshly cut ginger root (10-12 roots, unpeeled). Additional options may be considered such as water, coconut water, lemon juice or apple juice as alternatives to water.
    Directions
    Use your juicer machine to juice ginger. Because ginger is a root and rarely juicy, this may take some time and you may need to stop and clear out pulp out before finishing all your batch of ginger juicer. No peeling necessary! Once juiced, transfer your freshly made beverage directly into shot bottles. If you plan on drinking all or part of it this week, fill all bottles as best you can with juice before capping off their bottles with caps. Be mindful when freezing bottles; leave an ample gap at the top to allow frozen liquids to expand without breaking your bottle(s). To dilute ginger juice’s intensity further, blend with one or more non-essential components such as herbs. Refrigerate or freeze as soon as it solidifies for later use.

    To consume ginger juice, start off slowly by pouring 1/2 – 1 teaspoon into your glass each morning, fill the rest of it up with lemon water or coconut water and serve. As your body adjusts to this small dose of ginger juice, gradually increase it day-by-day until your daily events become part of a regular schedule.
