Should the opportunity arise to interact with some of the healthiest individuals on Earth, what questions would you pose them and do you hope to learn anything from them?
Have you heard about “Blue Zones” before?
“Blue zones” are regions on Earth where longevity is highest and have the greatest number of those who reach 100 years.
Blue Zone residents not only live long lives, but are also generally healthy while outliving us all…
As humans, we try our hardest to live healthy lifestyles… yet many only put in minimal efforts!
One thing is clear – those living within Blue Zones make more efforts than most!
They need to know something we do not…
Scientists note that those residing within Blue zones tend to do additional things on top of maintaining an appropriate nutrition diet plan.
They tend to change up their routine frequently… Take time out for themselves… Socialize in an atmosphere which supports healthful eating… As for weight management:
They eat more plants (particularly beans). When eating meat (rarely), their final meal of the day should be smaller in size and eaten late afternoon or early nighttime – they stop when their stomachs have reached 80% capacity.
